Huawei offers a way to transmit your meter data directly to us via FusionSolar.

⚠️⚠️ The FusionSolar account must have a verified email address (System -> Personal Settings), otherwise it will not work! ⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️ The FusionSolar account must be an owner account. Installer or company accounts will not work. See the instructions below for details. ⚠️⚠️
How do I identify an owner account?
Go to your profile in the bottom right; the page should look like this:
(If it says something like "Company Information," you do not have an owner account. Please contact your installer. If you have an installer account, follow the steps at the end of this guide.)
To transmit your meter data to us, you simply need to log in to FusionSolar with your credentials. Select "Huawei" as the manufacturer; in the next step, you will be redirected to FusionSolar, where you can log in with your email and password.
Afterward, you must provide your consent.
Specifically, this concerns the following permissions:
Access to real-time monitoring, reports, and alarm data of systems and devices for system monitoring, operation & maintenance, and data analysis.
Remote control of systems, including battery charge/discharge configuration and adjustment of the inverter's active power.

After tapping "Authorize," you can continue with the setup in our app.
⚒️ Instructions for installer or company admin accounts: ⚒️
A new FusionSolar user must be created with the "Owner" role. The app only works with users having this role, as Huawei denies access otherwise! You can do this as follows:
Log in to the FusionSolar smartphone app (the web portal does not support this functionality!)
Click on "Invite User"
A form will open where you must enter your company, the "Owner" role, the system, and an email address for a new user account.
⚠️ I can connect my account but do not see any data
You can verify that you have granted us the correct permissions by following the steps in the graphic. Both switches must be set to "on".
Enable battery storage control
To allow your battery storage to be controlled, some settings must be configured in the FusionSolar portal.
Note the capacity of the battery storage to enter it in the app.
1. In the menu, go to System -> Device Management
2. Select your home battery.
3. Go to "Configuration"
4. Enable "Charge from AC".
5. Set "AC charging cutoff SOC (%)" to the desired value (recommendation >90%).
6. Save settings
