You can add your Viessmann heat pump to our system.
To set up your Viessmann heat pump, you only need the username and password for your Viessmann login.
Please ensure that Smart Grid is enabled.
We control your heat pump by changing its operating state. We use the following operating states:
- Operating state 1, energy-efficient normal operation
- Operating state 3, increased operation / switch-on recommendation.
Where does the displayed temperature come from?
We display your domestic hot water storage temperature; if this value is not available, we display your buffer storage temperature.
Where does the displayed power in watts come from?
For most Viessmann heat pumps, we receive the current electrical power consumption of your heat pump. If this is available, we will display it.
Why is no power displayed for me?
If we are not displaying power, your heat pump is not transmitting this value.
Why does my Viessmann heat pump show "Setup not completed"?
The authorization expires after 180 days, so please reconnect the device once.
