We support the Zappi v2.1.

When connecting your wallbox to our backend, the wallbox loses the ability to be controlled outside of our app.
This can be easily reversed by deactivating OCPP in the Zappi or changing the URL, and subsequently restarting your Zappi.

The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is an application protocol for communication between EV charging stations and complementary central management systems (CMS).

The protocol was originally developed by Joury de Reuver and Franc Buve and is now managed by the Open Charge Alliance – a non-profit organization based in the Netherlands.

OCPP allows operators to monitor, control, configure, and update EV charging stations, as well as handle payments and billing. The protocol is open and free of patents and license fees.

Preparation

To connect your OCPP wallbox to us, it is necessary to activate the wallbox's OCPP backend.

Before starting the setup, you must connect your wallbox to the internet and install the latest updates.

To set up the OCPP backend, access to the wallbox is required.

When you add the wallbox in our system, your individual OCPP-URL will be displayed in the wallbox menu.
